- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS), intends to solicit offers from qualified firms capable of providing Ambulatory and Wheelchair Services for Dallas VA Medical Center, and Fort Worth Out Patient Clinic facilities. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition 621910 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6.0M. Contract shall provide patient ambulatory and wheelchair services for the Department of Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS), including FWOPC. The performance period is for 5 Years (One Base Period + 4 12 Month Options). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other itmes necessary to perform ambulance services for VANTHCS. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated issue date is o/a November 15, 2002. The Government will not distribute any hard copy solicitation or amendment documents. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror=92s inability to access the documents posted on the web sites referenced. Because this is a web posted solicitation, the Government will not maintain a Solicitation Mailing List. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking the referenced website early and periodically for any solicitation amendments. Prospective offerors should not expect notification that any amendment has been issued.=20 Phone and fax requests will not be accepted.
