- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to complete Project 568-02-213, Water Tank Repair, at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD all in strict accordance with contract specifications. Work will include but not be limited to blasting and recoating interior and exterior surfaces of a 500,000 gallon ground storage reservoir. The reservoir is approximately 50 feet in diameter and approximately 34 feet to high water level. Work will also include welding eight cathodic protection ports, repair spalling concrete base, extend existing overflow to ground, install concrete splash pad and repair interior lapped roof seam. Contractor must be able to provide verification of the completion of five equivalent paint projects in the United States. Government construction estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer at 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD. Fax requests may be sent to the attention of the Contracting Officer at 605-745-2092. Applicable NAICS code is 234990. Subject to the availability of funds.
