- Description
- The Lubbock VA Outpatient Clinic is soliciting for a full service janitorial contractor. The clinic is located at, 6104 Ave Q South Dr, Lubbock, Texas. The clinic will be approximately 36,000 sq ft. It will include exam rooms, treatment areas, waiting areas, pharmacy, administrative areas, etc. Work will begin on or about January 2003. Potential bidders must be qualified and experienced in medical facility janitorial services. This will be a two-step sealed bidding process in accordance with FAR 14.5. Technical proposals will be submitted and only those who are determined acceptable will then be asked for pricing proposals. A site visit will be held on November 19, 2002, at 10:30am CST. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend. Requests for solicitation packages MUST be in writing. NOTE: SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
