- Description
- The Federal Correctional Institution in Morgantown, West Virginia, intends to award a contract to an offeror that can provide radiological interpretation services. This is a requirements type contract. Services shall include, but not be limited to: Provision of all personnel including physician radiologist(s), transcription staff and courier services on an as-needed basis; Typed and signed report of interpretations within five (5) working days following pick-up of each study submitted; Offeror must be able to receive and interpret electronic/digital copies of x-rays once FCI Morgantown has the capabilities. It is anticipated that the award shall be for a base year and four option years, based on the availability of funding. Base Year = Date of award through 12 months; Option Year 1 = 13 months through 24 months; Option Year 2 = 25 months through 36 months; Option Year 3 = 37 months through 48 months; and Option Year 4 = 49 months through 60 months. The request for quotation will be available on or after November 06, 2002, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the request for quotation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instruction. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This is 100% set-aside for small business.
