Description

The work will consist of initiating and completing rehabilitation planning of aging upstream flood control dams. All work is to be performed by experienced interdisciplinary staff composed of an engineer, hydrologist, geologist, economist, biologist, surveyors and others as required. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year and 2 option years. Work will be assigned by task order. Estimated price range is $200,000-$400,000 for the base year and $250,000-$600,000 for each option year. A mandatory job briefing will be held on December 3, 2002, at 1:00 p.m. in Room 206 of the Agricultural Center Building, 100 USDA, Suite 203, Stillwater, OK. Proposals are to be mailed or hand-carried to the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, ATTN: Luann Lillie, Contracting Officer, 100 USDA, Suite 206, Stillwater, OK 74074-2655. Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. local time, on December 30, 2002.
