- The USDA Forest Service, Eastern Region 9 is soliciting quotes for Call When Needed Fixed Wing Aircraft Services within Region 9 Perimeters. This ranges from Minnesota to New Jersey and from Maine to Missouri. Services include but not limited to flying for administrative purposed, transport of personnel and cargo, wildfire detection, fire reconnaissance, serives and air tactical missions. No guaranteed use. The solicitation will be open to large and small businesses. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOps on or about December 1, 2002
