- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Service (WS) has a requirement for turbine helicopter services to assist in predator control activities, within the state of Oklahoma. The solicitation, 010-M-APHIS-03, will be released on or about December 06, 2002. The Government intends to provide the solicitation and all amendments via this web site only. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO OFFERER REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE OFFERER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR UPDATES. It will be a total small business set-aside and the NAICS code is 481219 with a size standard of 6 million. All proposals shall have the solicitation number placed on the front of the proposal envelope.
