- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA NSN 2840-00-055-5170, Rolls-Royce Corp., Part Number 6829068 Rev "J", FPG02231000905, quantity is 98 EA plus 100% option. FOB Origin to New Cumberland, PA, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Configuration Control Applies. First Article Testing applies to this procurement. Requested delivery is 496 days ARO (includes time for FAT procedures). Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. Specifications, plans, and drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. EBB quotes are not acceptabe; a completed copy of the solicitation must be submitted.
