Issue date: November 26, 2002, Closing Date: December 26, 2002. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Qauntity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 19 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 20 each. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 240 days ARO. Subject item is in accordance with drawing 12004 9240-004 dated March 20, 1974. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
