Qty 39 ea to be delivered to AQ5 Stockton CA 60 days after date of award. Qty 11 ea to be delivered to NDZ San Diego CA 60 days after date of award. Qty 34 ea to be delivered to AQ5 Stockton CA 60 days after date of award. Qty 11 ea to be delivered to NDZ San Diego CA 60 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 11/26/02 at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is: Transdigm Inc. (79326). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Item 5001 maximum option quantity for NSN: 4730-00-837-2459 option qty 95 each.
