- Description
- Beaver Meadows Restoration Project involves a variety of ecosystem management activities including cutting and removal of commercial timber, slash treatment, erosion control, slashing of unmerchantable white fire understory trees, road reconstruction and maintenance, decommissioning of non-classified roads, and construction of fire lines and fuel breaks. This is a Section 347 National Stewardship Pilot Project. Contract time is 1,460 calendar days. The project is located in Archuleta County approximately 9 air miles northeast of Bayfield, Colorado. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation is electronic only. No paper copies will be issued. See numbered Note 1.
