- The Commerce Business Daily (CBD) notice posted on November 2, 2001 is amended to extend the request for proposal (RFP) issuance date for this project from February 28, 2002 to indefinitely. The request for proposal (RFP) will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.eps.gov. Offerors will be evaluated using source selection procedures based upon lowest price technically acceptable method as outlined in the RFP. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. The NAIC for this procurement is 233320 and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 31-OCT-2002.
