- Solicitation number #CC-03-HQ-Q-0002 is incorrectly listed as #CC-02-HQ-Q-0002. It replaces #CC-02-HQ-R-0043 for Library Services. THIS REQUIREMENT IS RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR SMALL BUSINESS The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has a requirement for federal research library services as follows: 1) On-site cataloging of books, reports, and serials using OCLC and EOSI (formally called Data Trek) software, 2) Managing the OCC library circulation system using the EOSI circulation software system. The cataloger must have the following desired qualification: A Master?s Degree in Library Science, including at least one course in cataloging, from an American Library Association accredited school. All work will be performed at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) headquarters location in Washington, DC. The OCC will evaluate technical approach, past experience, and past performance. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price, performance based, simplified acquisition. This request for quotation will be issued as a small business set-aside and is anticipated to be released on or about November 1, 2002. The Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) to be considered for award of contract.
