- The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract for Technical and Engineering Support Services (cost plus fixed fee), documentation, training and engineering changes for life cycle sustainment of USMC Avenger (firm fixed price) to Boeing Company, 499 Boeing Boulevard, MC JW-81, P.O.
