- FISC Norfolk intends to procure conference space and accomodations for the JFCOM Senior Leadership Conference from Nove 06-08 on a sole source basis from the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, VA utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures. The Kingsmill Resort is the only source having the necessary facilities for conference participants to cultivate joint leadership strategies in a formal and informal manner within the specified time period and within close proximity to Norfolk, VA. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to the above organization by November 1 at 3:00 P.M. (EST). Such information should be e-mailed to the point of contact identified below. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 721110/$6M.
