- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with General Electrodynamics, Arlington, TX for the acquisition of the following item:Aircraft Weighing Platform P/N AN60-6 with RF Package (1 Each).Delivery is approximately 45-60days after award of contract.The proposed acquisition is Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) for which the government does not own specifications or drawings.General Electrodynamics holds all technical data rights to the PSE.NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement.All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.See Note 22.
