- This announcement replaces the previous announcement with Solicitation Number Q4770020300. The solicitation will be available on or about November 1, 2002. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCPETED. The project is for the fabrication and installation of a fiber optic map program that replaces the existing map located at the Cold Harbor Visitor Center which was created in the early 1980's. A SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 13, 2002 AT 10:00 AM. ALL CONTRACTORS ARE TO MEET AT THE COLD HARBOR VISITOR CENTER. The NAICS code is 512110. It is anticipated that the Government will award a firm-fixed price contract based on best value. Quotations will be due by 4:30 on December 2, 2002. The project estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
