- NA Solicitation #DACW41-03-Q-0003 is a request for quotes for janitorial services at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Stockton Lake, Missouri Project Office and Administration Area. The solicitation is for a base year plus three (3) renewal option years, wh ich may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total award amount for the entire duration of the contract (maximum 4 years) should be between $25,000 and $50,000. This is a total small business set aside. This is a best value contract to be evaluated and awarded based on past performance, experience, and price. The decision to award will not be made based on price alone. The Government will not award to a Contractor who intends to subcontract the work. The Contractor is expected to dire ctly perform the services. NAICS code: 561720. SIC code: 7349. Size standard: $12 MILLION. Bids are due at the Stockton Lake, Missouri Project Office by close of business on Friday, November 15th, 2002 in order to be considered. Award will be made wit h a scheduled start date for services of December 1st, 2002.
