- NA This solicitation can be downloaded from our web page http://www.uspfo-mo.org. You will need to download for information and far clauses. Proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This requirement is for 12 month lease, with optio n for an additional 12 months, of six (6) portable buildings to meet the following min specs: Approx 24'wide X 30' long; Outside walls approx 8' high; Approx 8' high roof; Gable roof with eves - eves to have vents approx 8 inch x 12 inch; Two (2) windows approx 32 inch wide x 36 inch high to let light in; Overhead steel insulated door, approx 7' tall x 9' wide (with lock); Walk thorough door size 4-0 (to include locking device); Flooring to hold minimum of 20,000 pounds; Constructed of min 26 gauge metal, Exterior finish to be weather resistant white finish; No electrical wiring required. These buildings will be placed on existing cement slabs located in Springfield, Mo. Bldgs will be used for storage of aircraft parts. Contractor can build on site in Sp ringfield, or can build on contractor's site and transport to Springfield, MO site and place buildings on existing concrete slabs. Either way, contractor will complete buildings so they are in usable condition, on site, before acceptance by the Governmen t. This will be a 'best value' award. Evaluation factors are stated in FAR Clause 52.212-2. Provide with your quote the technical specifications (may include drawings) of the portable buildings you are proposing. To include if you will building on site or at your location and how you will transport. Please quote monthly charges for 6 buildings x 12 months. Please also state the same for the optional 12 months. Government will make monthly payments. Submit delivery date with your proposal. Date of lea se will start when all 6 buildings are placed on site and accepted by the Government.
