- DESC: This is a sole source requirement for a five year firm fixed price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract for manufacture of (CLIN 0001) Electro-Mechanical Linear Actuator, NSN 1680-00-133-6072UC, P/N: DL1431M1-1, (CLIN 0002) Electro-Mechanical Actuator, NSN 1680-00-4970426UC, P/N: DL1431M2 and (CLIN 0003) Electro-Mechanical Actuator, NSN 1680-00-833-3946UC, P/N: DL1020M137. The BASIC period for CLIN 0001 consists of an initial quantity of 44 ea with a minimum quantity of 1 ea and a maximum quantity of 56 ea. The BASIC period for CLIN 0002 consists of an initial quantity of 48 ea with a minimum quantity of 1 ea and a maximum quantity of 60 ea. The BASIC period for CLIN 0003 consists of an initial quantity of 17 ea with a minimum quantity of 1 ea and a maximum quantity of 27 ea. The remaining ordering periods for CLIN 0001 consists of a minimum buy of 1 ea for each year and a maximum of 12 ea for each year. The remaining ordering periods for CLIN 0002 consists of a minimum buy of 1 ea for each year and a maximum of 12 ea for each year. The remaining ordering periods for CLIN 0003 consists of a minimum buy of 1 ea for each year and a maximum of 10 ea for each year. The total contract maximum quantity would be 279 ea. These items are applicable to the C-5 aircraft. MATL: (ALL CLINS) Aluminum Alloy and Steel DIMENSIONS: (CLIN 0001)12?H X 4.0?W X 1.5 D, 3.0lbs (CLIN 0002) 10.13?L X 3.20W X , 2.95lbs (CLIN 0003) 3?X4?X1.5? FUNCTION: (CLIN 0001) Designed to open the Auxillary Power Unit door on start, allowing airflow to the APU at various degrees until door is fully opened and APU is one speed. (CLIN 0002) Used to extend and retract the AFT ramp ground support pad. (CLIN 0003) It actuates the forward thrust and is located under center control console. DELIVERY: (CLIN 0001) Delivery to begin 90 Days ARO at a rate of 10 per month. (CLIN 0002) Delivery is 30 June 03. (CLIN 0003) Delivery is 12 months ARO Delivery for all CLINs will be to Robins AFB GA 31098. DATA IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT.
