- 17. Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F2MGFM22880100 and is being issued per request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and its incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 97-27 (iv) Notice: This solicitation is set aside for small business. The NAICS code 423730 with a size standard of 500 or fewer employees. (v) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired- 100 Modine Electric Heater Model # HER-125-B-31-01. No substitutions can be accepted. (vi) Required delivery shall be between within thirty days of the award of the contract. Place of delivery shall be 91 MMXS/MMXFP, 300 Minuteman Drive, Minot AFB, ND 58705-5024. FOB: Destination (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (viii) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisition. The evaluation procedure to be used for this acquisition is price and price related factors. (ix) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with offer. (See Attachments) (x) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items, applies to this Acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clauses are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, 21, 26, 35, 36, 37, 52.225-1, 52.232-18, 33.
