- This procurement is strictly a small business set-aside. The VA North Texas Health Care System, Dallas has a requirement for computer monitor repair service on various major brands and quantities in the bid schedule are only proejcted estimates. Solicitation 549-10-03 will be issued as a Request For Proposal in the commercial item format in acordance with FAR Part 12. Issue date 31 Oct 02 with due date for proposals 13 Nov 02. Access to the solicitation: www.fedbizopps.gov NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal provides the best value to the Government. Subject to FY 2003 appropriations.
