- Description
- Provide/upgrade the multi-project software used by CFLHD from P3 to Primavera Enterprise (P3e) Software Suite, identify opportunities to improve and enhance work processes using P3e, and train the users in operation of this software. The software licensing for the P3e system shall cover the operation of the system by all users as described in the Statement of Work for a one-year period following installation. Tasks include Primavera Enterprise (P3e) software purchase, installation, licensing and one-year maintenance agreement, data migration to Enterprise software, develop and conduct training. Option services include, reports customization, historical data analysis, website linkage and enhancements, supplemental software, and business management consultation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Proposals are due no later than 2:30 PM, Tuesday, December 17, 2002.
