- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Phoenix, Arizona, intends to make a single or multiple award(s) for the provision of hospital services for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution/Federal Prison Camp in Phoenix, Arizona. Services to be provided include inpatient/outpatient facility services. The contract type shall be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity or requirements contract. The contract period shall consist of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities are as follows: Base Year - 500 inpatient days and 200 outpatient visits; Option Year 1 - 500 inpatient days and 200 outpatient visits; Option Year 2 - 500 inpatient days and 200 outpatient visits; Option Year 3 - 500 inpatient days and 200 outpatient visits; Option Year 4 - 500 inpatient days and 200 outpatient visits. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 19, 2002, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of proposals is December 20, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
