- YPG02288001261, NSN 1670011251527, Quick Release, Personnel Harness, P/N 81116-10. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract (IQC), for a base year and four option years. The estimated annual demand quantity for the base year is 2184 each and 1632 each for the option years. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Duration of contract period 48 months. Other than full and open. Notes 9, 22 and 26 apply. Unrestricted. First Article Test Required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
