- Amendment 0004 to Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0098: A. All offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0004 as stated in Block 11 of Standard Form 30. B. The closing date for price submissions for the Army Reserves line items 4803a ? 4803ag has been extended until November 12, 2002, by 2:00 p.m., local Fort Belvoir, VA time. The closing date for all other line items remains unchanged. C. Line Items 4810i (ESI-ID 10032789446822592), 4810j (ESI-ID 10032789446822593), 4810k (ESI-ID 10032789446822594), and 4810L(ESI-ID 10032789472566690) are hereby added to Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0098. Reference updated spreadsheet NS Ingleside.xls and Attachment III. D. The usage data for the following installations has been updated: NS Ingleside 4810, Naval Reserves 4802, and Sheppard AFB 4809. Please see the updated individual installation data sheets and Attachment III. E. The estimated quantity in Block 21 of Standard Form 1449 (page 1 of 25) is changed from 976,442,068 kWh to 969,374,804 kWh (2-year quantity) and updated on Attachment III. F. The solicitation document has been revised and updated to reflect all Amendment 0004 changes. G. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
