- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a commercial sole source purchase order to The Vanguard Inc., 741 Tenth Street, Santa Monica, CA 90402. We intend to procure one year effort with three option years applications, access for three senior executives to attend five (5) Vanguard Conference per year, participation in all workshops, field trips an access for up to 25 people in DISA to the Members only area of Vanguard's website and archives. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competition proposals. The determination of the government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition is made IAW Far 6.302-1 and 10USC 2302(c)(1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
