- Description: Requirement: The United States Government presently has a tenant that occupies office space in Trenton, New Jersey under a lease that expires May 11, 2004. The Government seeks approximately 13,555 rentable square feet of first class office space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 11,787 usable square feet of space available for use by the agency. Inside parking for 51 vehicles must be provided. Relocation will be considered if the economics involved and other factors are supportive. The cost of moving and alterations will be considered when deciding to relocate. Delineated Area: The building must be located within the area bounded by: North: East State Street East: Chestnut Avenue South: Hamilton West: South Broad Street (U.S. Route 1) Term: Lease term will be for ten (10) years with the Government having the right to terminate in all or in part with 90 days notice at any time after the fifth (5th) year. Owners & Authorized Agents: Expression of interest should be submitted to the following address within 14 days of the advertisement and should include the following information: 1.
