- PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FPDS-NG FINAL RFP WAS ORIGINALLY POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON OCTOBER 29, 2002. HOWEVER THE DOCUMENT WAS ERRONEOUSLY DELETED AND HEREBY RE-POSTED. The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) Re-engineering Program Office (FPRO) has released the final Request for Proposal (RFP) for FPDS-NG. Proposals are due by 12:00 NOON, MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2002, EST. Questions on the final RFP are due by 12:00 NOON, FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2002, EST. Please note that the RFP requests that proposals and questions be sent by e-mail to the Contracting Officer, Michael O. Jackson, at michael.jackson@gsa.gov. Please see Attachment J15 in the RFP for instructions on attending the Site Visit. While this RFP is not a small business set-aside, small business participation is encouraged to the fullest for this acquisition.
