- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item acquisition consistent with FAR Part 13 and prepared in accordance with FAR Sub-part 12.6, as supplemented by additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number N0024-03-T-0017 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for services to maintain, repair and calibrate Vadose Monitoring System, Soil Sentry 12XE aspirate vapor monitors, hardware and software for the FISC San Diego Fuel Depot during the 11-month period 12 November 2002 thru 10 October 2003 and unilateral government option for up to 6-months additional service. The Navy anticipates sole source award to Summit Group of Oklahoma. Award will be made only to a source that (1) identifies each individual that will perform repair or maintenance work under the contract, indicating employment status and proof of qualifications certified by the manufacturer or current licensee; (2) provides proof that the offeror is authorized by the manufacturer or current licensee to access proprietary data owned by Summit Holdings, Inc. determined by the Navy as necessary for adequate performance. Service is required on-site monthly (CLIN 0001 7 months at a fixed rate), quarterly (CLIN 0002 4 fixed-rate units), emergency on-call (CLIN 0003 up to $4,000 for labor at fixed hourly rate and materials/travel expenses at cost plus fixed handling rate) and telephonic consultation.
