- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6. as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration plans to issue a sole source award to Gilseth Consulting Incorporated, to provide support for the performance of facilities maintenance services for the Automated Response Capabilities System. The period of performance will be for twelve (12) months. Gilseth Consulting, Inc. is the principal designer and developer of the interact voice response system and the expert in the integration of the voice/telephone portion of the system located at the Insurance Compliance Division, Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration. Therefore, Gilseth Consulting, Inc. is the only known source available that can provide ongoing technical support and consultation without any interruptions. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is November 12, 2002. NO FURTHER SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
