Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The reference number is FE440722610244 and the solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. (iv) This is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120 and the small business size standard is 750 Employees. (v) The solicitation can be viewed at http://www.eps.gov/. (vi) This synopsis/solicitation is for: Genie GS-65 Telescopic Boom Lift: 65? platform height, 71? working height, Four wheel drive, Oscillating axle, Deutz diesel engine, 8? steel basket, Cold start package, and Tool tray. Quantity required is 1 Each.. (vii) If providing an equivalent product?you must provide the technical specifications (viii) The provision at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Addendum to 52.212-1: The provision may be copied from website http://farsite.hill.af.mil/VFFARA.HTM. (ix) The FAR provision 52-212-2, Evaluation? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (a) is completed as follows: This will be a best value determination based on Technical Review and Price. The clauses at 52.212-5, subparagraph (b)(5), (b)(11), (b)(12), (b)(13), (b)(14), (b)(15), (b)(25), (c)(1) and (c)(2) are applicable. (x) Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies to this acquisition. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov/.
