- Description
- The United States Postal Service is seeking qualified firms for Real Estate services in the Districts of the states of Arizona, California, Hawaii and Nevada. Work includes, but is not limited to: site identification, preparation of feasibility studies, market surveys, property inspection reports, leasing of alternate quarters, leasing of space currently occupied by USPS, negotiating property management issues, and leasing built-to-suit quarters. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a term of two years with three one-year renewal options. Total work ordered under the subsequent contract shall not exceed $1.25 million per contract nor exceed $50,000 per work order. Interested firms should have recent experience in the following categories: appraising real property, acquisition and disposal of real property, leasing real property, property management and real estate consulting. Submittals must be on, or in the exact format of the approved USPS forms contained in te solicitation package. Proposals will be evaluated by a USPS committee, and all firms will be advised within 60 days of receipt of their submitttal. This is not a Request For Proposal. Submittals will not be returned. Offerors are strongly encouraged to submit their proposal by one of the services offered by the U.S.Postal Service.
