- Description
- The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure on a sole-source basis from Mogee Research & Analysis, LLC (MRA), a study to compare citation patterns from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office, and the Patent Cooperation Treaty, using NSF-funded research on patent indicators and their use in assessing national technological activity and capability. Work to be performed under this contract will provide data for the congressionally mandated NSF report, Science and Engineering Indicators. The anticipated contract will have an estimated period of performance of 12 months. This announcement is issued under the authority of FAR 6.302 and is for informational purposes only. Interested parties may submit a statement of their capabilities to perform this requirement. See Note 22, substitute15 days for 45 days.
