- The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) Re-engineering Program Office (FPRO) has released the final Request for Proposal (RFP) for FPDS-NG (Next Generation). Proposals are due by 12:00 Noon, Monday, December 2, 2002, EST. Questions on the RFP are due by 12:00 Noon, Friday, November 8, 2002, EST. Please note that the RFP requests that proposals and questions be sent by e-mail to the Contracting Officer, Michael O. Jackson, at michael.jackson@gsa.gov. Please ignore the references to Cathy Beasley and direct all calls and e-mails to Michael Jackson. Please see Attachment J15 in the RFP for information regarding the Site Visit.
