Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Butterfield/TISCOR Systems, 12250 Parkway Centre Drive, Poway, CA 92064 for training services in support of BIOFACS software . Existing training materials will be updated to meet the current software version. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. See Note 22. This contract will be awarded from date of award through 30 September 2003. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only services meeting the Navy's requirements will be considered for award. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 pm (EST) on 07 November 2002.
