Description

FISC Norfolk intends to award sole source contract to Chant Engineering Company, Inc. for the items specified in Solicitation N00189-03-T-0033, which can be found by searching the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website located at www.neco.navy.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5 under the authority of the Clinger-Cohen test program for commercial items. NAICS code 333999, small business standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside. Numbered notes 1 and 22 apply.
