- NA Job Order Contract (JOC) Solicitation DABJ01-03-R-0004. Tentative issue date is 3 December 2002. This requisition is being advertised as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) procurement, utilizing best value unrestricted competition procedur es. The evaluation factors will be Management, Past Performance, Subcontracting and Price. The performance period shall be for a base year and nine one-year option periods, with maximum total estimated cost of $8,000,000.00 per year. The guaranteed min imum for the base period is $500,000.00 and $250,000.00 for each option year. Construction projects for Forts Eustis, Monroe and Story, Virginia will be awarded on individual negotiated task orders, whose price shall be determined by the contract coeffici ent applied to a contractor furnished, yearly updated R.S. Means data base with specified associated estimating software. The task orders will encompass a wide range of projects, such as but not limited to: carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, el ectrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, hvac, painting, demolition, concrete, masonry and welding. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to accomplish task orders. NAICS Code is 233320, Size $28.5 million, SIC 1542 applies to this requirement.
