Description

NA The U.S. Army Reserve, 88th Regional Support Command, Contracting Office has a requirement to obtain snow removal services at the Army Reserve Center, 38 N. Woodman Drive, Dayton, OH 45431. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation for a Firm Fixed Price offer. The period of performance is a base period from Date of Award to 31 October 2003 with four (4) one (1) year option periods. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to pr ovide snow removal services for an estimated 12,778 square yards (parking lots and driveways) and 2,198 square feet (sidewalks). This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS Code 562998. The size standard is $5.0M. This procurement is subject to the Service Contract Act, and will include appropriate Department of Labor Wage Determination. ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A CONTRACT. QUOTERS ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT FAIURE TO REGISTER IN THE DOD CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE MAY RENDER YOUR FIRM INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
