- ***AMENDMENT*** The purpose of this amendment is to 1) change the previous line item description to read as indicated below and 2) add two (3) additional line items. 1) Modified line item number one (1) description: Line item 1: 4-Way, KYLE-15KV, High Voltage, 3 Phase, SF6 Gas Insulated 304L Stainless Steel with 12-600 Amp Source Bushing, 2-3 Phase Vac switches, 2-TP6 VI Controls with 3 Phase SE trip. 4 Way All Switched. This switch needs to meet ANSI C37.72 Specifications. Must include 600 Amp bushings, and be all on the same side. Must be the same criteria and specifications as base switches. Part Number KPSRV 1031, PKAB, KL-7, KL-8, KL-9, Model 10. 2) Two (3) additional line items: Line item 2: 4-Way, KYLE-15KV, High Voltage, 3 Phase, SF6 Gas Insulated 304L Stainless Steel with 6-600A Source Bushing, 6-200A Tab Well, 2-3 Phase Vac switches, 2-TP6 VI Controls with 3 Phase SE trip. 4 Way All Switched. This switch needs to meet ANSI C37.72 Specifications. Must include 600 Amp bushings, and be all on the same side. Must be the same criteria and specifications as base switches. Line item 3: 4-Way, KYLE-15KV, High Voltage, 3 Phase, SF6 Gas Insulated 304L Stainless Steel with 3-600A Source Bushing, 9-200A Tab Well,2-3 Phase Vac switches, 2-TP6 VI Controls with 3 Phase SE trip. 4 Way All Switched. Line item 4: 4-Way, KYLE-15KV, High Voltage, 3 Phase, SF6 Gas Insulated 304L Stainless Steel with 9-600A Source Bushing, 3-200A Tab Well,2-3 Phase Vac switches, 2-TP6 VI Controls with 3 Phase SE trip. 4 Way All Switched. This switch needs to meet ANSI C37.72 Specifications. Must include 600 Amp bushings, and be all on the same side. Must be the same criteria and specifications as base switches. Part Number KPSRV 1132, PKAB, KL-7, KL-8, KL-9, model 11. This service will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to Cooper Power System. Cooper Power System is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement since they are the Original Equipment Manufacturer and must perform all maintenance on their equipment to maintain warranty integrity. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. F08650-03-T-0009 is issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 5063, business size of $5.0M, and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 421610. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued on or about 1 Nov 02. The solicitation will not be posted electronically, but this office will provide a copy to any firm requesting one. Anticipated award date will be on or around 8 Nov 02.
