- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a firm fixed priced contract for Item: Adapter, Ground Hand****Part Number: 8644425-10***NSN: 1730-01-259-4653RN****Quantity: 7***Test Plan in support of Adapter, Ground Hand, IAW Attached DD1423; ***Test Report, in support of Adapter, Ground Hand, IAW Attached DD 1423*** First Article to become part of the production Qty. ***DRAWINGS AVAILABLE: YES*** DELIVERY REQUIRED: JAN 03 FOR FIRST ARTICLE AND TEST REPORTS. MAR 03 FOR REQUIRED ITEM**** THIS IS A PRE-SOLICATION ONLY. A REQUEST FOR QUOTE WILL BE POSTED TO FEDBIZOPS ON OR ABOUT 13 NOVEMBER 2002. NO PHONE CALLS, REQUEST FOR QUOTE AVAILABLE: TO BE PROVIDED ON OR AFTER 13 NOVEMBER 2002 PLEASE WAIT UNTIL THEN TO RESPOND. Solicitation will be issued 15 days from this notice. Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within the thirty days after issuance of solicitation, or 45 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. Issuance of the RFP will not be delayed to review requests from non-Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) country sources. Nothing in this notice contradicts other restriction, identified in the synopsis notice or solicitation, regarding eligible sources (e.g. if this is a small-business set-a-side, foreign sources may not participate as potential prime contractors but could, if otherwise eligible, participate as subcontractors). .
