- This project consists of snow grooming from the Closure gate on Hwy 4 to the top of Ebbetts Pass and down to Highland Lakes and also includes grooming the Spicer Reservoir Roads on the Calaveras Ranger District, Stanislaus National Forest. Estimated start work date is 12-18-2002. Gilbert Massiatt is the Contracting Officer for this project and can be reached at 559-297-0706, extension 4835 at the Sierra National Forest.
