- Description
- On 12 Nov 02, the Government will conduct a Presolicitation Conference for the FAA Alaska Region's ANICS Space Segment requirement. Reference DCA500RFI. The Presolicitation Conference will be held at the Federal Office Building, 222 W. 7th Ave, Room 154, Anchorage, AK. The morning session will begin at 8:30 am. The agenda will include a briefing by FAA on the requirement and question/answer session. In the afternoon a tour of the Anchorage Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) will be conducted. This tour will include the ANICS Network Operations and Control Center. All attendees for the morning session shall provide the number of attendees from their firm to the Contracting Officer not later than 7 Nov 02 via email at ronnings@elmendorf.disa.mil. Attendance for the afternoon tour shall be limited to one representative per firm. The name, social security number, date of birth and citizenship information shall be provided to the contracting officer not later than 6 Nov 02 via email at ronnings@elmendorf.disa.mil. Due to security, no one will be allowed on the ARTCC tour if this information has not been provided by 6 Nov 02. Call 907-552-3132 for any additional information. If there are additional technical questions, they can be submitted to the same email address and answers will be provided at the conference.
