- Description
- Work consists of supporting U.S. Air Force members voluntary off-duty education program. The Education Advisor's primary duties include but not limited to advising active duty members on all programs available through voluntary off-duty education, of Professional Military Education programs, provide information and required forms to prospective applicants of specialized AF programs, provide information regarding the different financial assistance programs for military members. A more in-depth listing of duties and responsibilities is outlined in the Statement of Work. The Education Advisor must possess a Master's Degree with two years experience as a Test Examiner and three years experience as an Education Advisor. All work shall be in compliance with the Statement of Work. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action is a small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 with a small business size standard of $6.0M. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 25 July 2002 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fedbizops.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
