- Description
- REQUIREMENTS: The United States General Services Administration is seeking to lease 34,800 -36,600 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office related space. The rentable square feet must yield a minimum of 30,300 ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet (BOUSF) for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Building may be a multi-tenant use. Metrorail proximity is required within 2,500 walkable linear feet of the offered facility. DELINEATED AREA: Delineated Area: Lee Highway (Route 29) to the North, Leesburg Pike (Route 7) to the Southwest, and 395/Route 27/Route 50/Fort Myer Drive to the East, excluding Fort Myer and Arlington Cemetery. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 1, 2003. LEASE TERMS: Up to 10 years.
