- The purpose of this modification is to include a response date for this solicitation. This procurement is a total 8(a) set-aside. This competitive procurement will be limited solely to Colorado-based small business concerns expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the 8(a)Program. NAICS: 233320. General Services Administration (GSA), Colorado Service Center, is soliciting competitive proposals, for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for general construction services with design/build capabilities to include: interior and exterior building construction and repair, alterations and enhancements including but not limited to electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, mechanical, security, architectural, landscaping, storm drainage, exterior restoration, waterproofing, repointing, cleaning, sealing and other repair/alterations or construction or demolition services as specified, design-build services, earthwork, miscellaneous drainage structures such as culverts and headwalls, pavement repair and construction and other miscellaneous minor civil work items. The primary performance area is Boulder, Colorado with secondary performance areas throughout Colorado. The duration of the contract will be for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods. The maximum ordering limiation of the contract will be $3 million annually. This negotiated procurement will result in the award of a firm fixed-price contract to the contractor(s) offering the best value to the Government. Technical ability and past performance are more important that price. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any information or documents in the special notices, the solicitation and amendments, if any.
