- The Small Business Solutions Development Center, Federal Technology Service, GSA is issuing Amendment #3 to the above solicitation. The amendment is attached to this announcement. The amendment extends the due date to Tuesday, December 3, 2002, adds a requirement of oral presentations, and issues the address to send samples along with the testing location for samples. Clause 52.212-2 has been revised. In accordance with Clause 52.212-1, samples are due on or before the due date of the solicitation.
