- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intend to procure an Ink Drier Cobalt 5.6% printing resinates high viscosity in 55-gallon drum (425-lbs per drum) close metal drum from SHEPHERD CHEMICAL CO INC. This procurement action is for supplies or services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.5 shall be used.
