- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase on a sole-source basis, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, from Anderson Metals, Inc., 1385 Pittsburgh Road, Franklin, PA 16323, the following items and quantities: Pressure Control Valve, P/N 626425101, quantity 11; Change Out Tool Kit, P/N 6263472, quantity 8. Reference NSWC request for quotation, N00178-03-Q-0003. There will be no written solicitation as a result of this notice. Items will be delivered F.O.B. Destination to Receiving Officer, Bldg. 125, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. Closing date for this notice shall be 04 November 2002 with award on or before 08 November 2002.
