Description

INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS - - The indicated project is on hold and under evaluation in order to determine best method and alternatives to accomplishing the work Project Description: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico, solicitation number 201812R020, furnish all effort and materials to construct levees and dikes, installing water control structures and culverts. Work also includes excavating excess sediment from existing channels to restore drainage, constructing new channels, and repairing eroded levees and dikes. The project will be staggered over two summers to minimize impacts on migrating water fowl and resident birds. The project is located at Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Roswell, New Mexico.
